Serving as Attorney Liaisons:

· Interview Plaintiff/Defense clients, witnesses, experts.
· Consultation with healthcare providers.
· On the attorney’s behalf meet with other consultants and service providers to coordinate work flow.
· Interview key witnesses, experts, plaintiff or defense clients.
· Consult with your clients healthcare providers.
· Meet with others involved in your clients case. 
 
Assisting with the Discovery Process & Court Preparation:

· Prepare deposition or trial questions.
· Prepare interrogatories & requests for production.
· Assist in exhibit preparation, demonstrative evidence.
 · Summarization, translation, & interpretation of medical records.
· Identification, location, summarization, & interpretation of applicable Standards of Care.
· Identification of deviations & adherences to Standards of Care.
· Identification of causation issues, assessment of damages & injuries, & identification of contributing factors.
· Identification and recommendation of potential defendants.

Supporting Attorney Cases:

· Literature search with summary & case integration.
· Expand attorney’s medical library.
· Analyze research studies relied on by all parties.
 · A case analysis is reached after searching & summarizing the medical & nursing literature with integration of the results.
· We analyze the validity of the research studies used by both parties.
· Assistance in the development of life care plans.
· Expansion of our clients medical library.

Working with Experts & Other Witnesses:

· Identify, find, & communicate with experts needed for deposition and trial.
· Assist with expert witness preparation for deposition and trial.
 · Assistance with expert witness preparation for deposition or trial.
· Testify to the nursing standards of care related to your case.
· Communicate with your experts and witnesses to keep them informed and up to date.
